Payments are due at the time of session. When enrolling in services, a major credit card, debit card, or HSA card will need to be placed on file. This will make payment processes easier and allow me to focus on you and our work together!

I provide superbills for my clients to submit to their insurance company for out of network reimbursement

50 minute Individual Therapy Session - $180

90 minute Individual Therapy Session - $210

1:1 Supervision - $160

Late Cancellation Fee (less than 24 hours before appointment start time) - $110

Insurance

I do not accept insurance and am a private pay clinician. I provide superbills for my clients to submit to their insurance.

Out-of-network superbills are receipts of service that can be provided to you at the end of each month by email. You can then submit them to your insurance company by email or fax.

I encourage you to check your benefits with your insurance company to ask about their specific out-of-network reimbursement. I’m happy to answer any questions.

When you call your insurance company about out-of-network benefits, you'll need:

  • Service code: 53-minute psychotherapy, CPT code 90837

  • Provider NPI number: 1083233449

  • Location of services: telehealth (location code 95 or GT) or in office

It's also helpful to ask:

  • How do I submit the superbill?

  • Does any other information need to be submitted with each superbill?

  • How long does reimbursement usually take?

  • Do I have a deductible (an amount I need to spend before insurance starts reimbursing)?
