So… I’m trying out a blog?

I’ve never been very good with figuring out how to start these things. I’ve been going through my SEO and other marketing stuff, since that’s an important part of being a therapist with a private practice, and found that a bunch of content I had done no longer exists! So, I figured that I would try my hand at a blog and repost that content to the best of my ability.

I’m hoping to share just little tips here and there that might help those of you struggling with anxiety, grief, or just the general burdens of being a human in the world today.
