We start with understand what’s been going on in your life. What do your relationships look like? How do you see yourself? We spend the time to figure out what’s going on with you because anxiety around not being disappointing isn’t the same for everyone.

Reaching out isn’t failing. It’s prioritizing yourself. And by being better to yourself, you can be better to the people around you.

There’s no quick fix but with time and practice, you can begin to feel more aligned with yourself and more fulfilled in your day to day life.
