Individual Therapy

You’ve gotten to a point where the stress and overwhelm is just too much. You didn’t expect to feel this way and now you’re not sure what to do or how to address it.

You may notice feeling:

  • Fearful that saying ‘no’ will upset or disappoint someone

  • Resentful toward your loved ones and friends

  • Angry about having a never ending to-do list or overpacked schedule

  • Drained from attending to everyone else and not yourself, making sure that everything is ‘perfect’

We start with understand what’s been going on in your life. What do your relationships look like? How do you see yourself? We spend the time to figure out what’s going on with you because anxiety around not being disappointing isn’t the same for everyone.

Reaching out isn’t failing. It’s prioritizing yourself. And by being better to yourself, you can be better to the people around you.

There’s no quick fix but with time and practice, you can begin to feel more aligned with yourself and more fulfilled in your day to day life.

If anything here resonates with you, reach out for a free 15-minute consultation.
